A real life example of unlocking Felicity's potential
Felicity is a Senior Manager of a thriving communication agency. Balancing work and family hadn’t been an issue as she was super organised, a great communicator, able to evoke empathy and support as she had honed her emotional intelligence and commercial acumen over the years. Her challenge was presence and gravitas with Senior Leadership Team and Board Directors and being comfortable in managing her team at arms length to allow space and time to work on strategic initiatives.

Working with individuals to unlock the business issues holding marketing back in their organisation. Focusing on strategic thinking, personal influence and self-care. SHINE is a 16 week mentoring programme which has resulted in marketers raising their profile in the organisation to enable them to deliver impressive brand growth and increase market share for the products they represent.

At just 38, Charlotte was the youngest female to be appointed onto the Board of an international family owned business with a turnover of +£65m. At A. Nelson & Co Ltd she brought the marketing discussion to an executive level transforming the conversations and focus on growth led strategies driven from consumer insight.
Charlotte was responsible for leading the worldwide roll out strategy and transformation of Rescue Remedy, previously lost on the natural health food shelves, it was transformed to pop off the shelf with its bright, yellow pack and connect with consumers in need of solutions living stressful lives, adding £30m turnover to the business.
